How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally shipped within 24 orders. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

What shipping providers do you use?

Mixt Pantry ships with USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.

How can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please email customerservice@mixtsolutions.com as soon as possible. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days, and can modify the shipping address as long as your order hasn't already shipped.

How can I see a list of product ingredients?

Each product we sell has an ingredients list on the product page. If you have questions about our ingredients, please email customerservice@mixtsolutions.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been processed. Please contact customerservice@mixtsolutions.com as soon as possible.
